Saoirse Ronan will direct “Shame” and “Widows” director Steve McQueen’s Environment War II epic attribute “Blitz” for New Regency and the Apple Television+ provider.
The film tells the stories of a team of Londoners during the aerial bombing of the British funds. McQueen is composing, directing and generating the film to shoot later this year with Ronan to co-star along with a but to be exposed ‘unknown newcomer’.
McQueen most lately directed the characteristic documentary “Occupied City” which dealt with Amsterdam for the duration of World War II. Ronan is now in cinemas with the murder mystery caper film “See How They Run”.
