Kevin Rivera-Ortiz, 19 Joel Garcia-Martinez, 20 and Katherine Alvarez-Flores, 20, have been billed with murder in connection to Rodriguez-Avila’s death.
Officials determined Rivera-Ortiz as Emily’s ex-boyfriend. The other two suspects are his close friends, according to authorities.
Alvarez-Flores, who is currently being held on a $1.5 million bond, was the 1st of the a few to be arrested on Sept. 8 on a cost of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence. Court docket information show she altered or ruined a cell telephone with evidence on it.
